Our chillies are grown, harvested and cared for locally on a 4-acre farm in Bedfordshire.

We grow up to 10 different varieties of chilli pepper from naga chillies, jalapeno, lemon drop, armegeddon and reaper chillies. This gives us a well balanced range and assortment of flavour and heat all packed into our sauces.

Looking after and growing our vast range of different chillies is an all-round seasonal job.

All of the ingredients in our sauces are grown on site on the farm and are treated using plant friendly sprays, top graded fertiliser and all natural products.
