We pride ourselves on customer interaction. Whether you are posting a picture of yourself cooking with our sauces or sending a personalised gift to a friend or family member we have a dedicated social media team who look to post, share, interact and reward our customers.
Our team are motivated in ensuring that all our customers receive the best service and are on hand to help and assist where we can. We have a wholesale team to deal with wholesale enquires and a day-to-day team to assist with daily running of our store.
Chilli Addicts are aiming to be carbon neutral by 2025, we are not quite there yet, but have made provisions to ensure that we can officially be carbon neutral within the year. It is important to our company that we contribute and do our bit to support the environment and what better way to do this other than plant more chilli plants for our addict customers.
Our chillies are grown, harvest and cooked locally on a 4-acre farm in Bedfordshire. Looking after and growing our vast range of different chillies is an all-round seasonal job. We have at least 10 varieties of chillies growing at our farm, making sure we have the perfect balance of flavour and heat, ready for the harvest period.
We use only organic ingredients in our products, which we grow ourselves on site and treat our plants using plant friendly sprays.
